Privacy notice

Mollys' Mops Dog Groomers is run by Lorena Milton at 1 Egbury Road, St Mary Bourne, Andover SP11 6DG. This notice explains what happens to your details when you get in touch through this website.
What is collected
The booking form on this website does not send or store anything itself. It opens WhatsApp with your request filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send. Lorena then receives what you choose to share: usually your name, your phone number, your dog's name, breed and size, the days you would like, and anything she should know about your dog. If you call or email instead, she has whatever you share that way.
What it is used for
Your details are used to reply to you, arrange your dog's groom, and look after your dog well on the day. They are not used for marketing, and they are never sold or passed on to anyone else.
The legal basis is that you asked to book a groom, so the details are needed to take steps towards an agreement with you. Records of paid work are kept because tax law requires it.
Who else handles it
Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). Emails go through Microsoft (Hotmail). This website is hosted by Vercel, and its fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google to load them. The map is provided by Google Maps. Some of this may take place outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long it is kept
If your enquiry does not lead to a booking, your details are deleted within 12 months. If you become a customer, your details and your dog's notes are kept while you keep booking, and deleted within two years of your last groom. Payment records are kept for six years, as HMRC requires, and then deleted.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking or advertising tools. The Google map may set Google's own cookies when it loads.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details held about you, ask for them to be corrected or deleted, or object to how they are used. Email mollysmops20@hotmail.com or call 07786 793535.
If you are unhappy with the answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
